Young Men Achieving Success
Mission: To support teenage boys in finding positive effective strategies, in overcoming self-destructive behaviors
and empower them with life skills, such as conflict resolutions, school and work place maturity and other skills one must grasp to effectively begin the voyage to self sufficiency early enough to prevent poverty.
To ensure effective comprehension, field trips will be implemented in addition to utilization of guest speakers
from the community for additional einforcements.
Goal: To empower young males with resources and information to support personal growth and skills.
This program and curriculum is design for males 12 to 19 years of age.
Young Women Achieving Success
Mission: is to serve as an innovative forum for educational advancement, leadership development, mentoring, information sharing, cultural exposure and technical assistance to young ladies within our surrounding communitiesGoal: empower young ladies with resources and information to support personal growth and skills.
PROGRAM RESULTS AND OUTCOMES
At the end of the program, participants will have developed their skills in learning and understand tools available to them for rapidly acquiring and manipulating information Parents will become more active participant in their child’s education and maturational development.
